They handled the back-of-the-room for me at one of my seminars…an Internet marketing seminar…world wide seminar in Vancouver. They did a bang up job. I’ve worked with them many times at many different seminars. They handle the fulfillment in a way that is above and beyond what anybody could possibly expect. For example, they recently fulfilled my Complete Guide of Internet Marketing and what they did was they produced everything by covering the CDs and the binders and putting all this stuff together.
And, they did things that I hadn’t thought of…that I didn’t ask them to do…of course not, because I hadn’t thought of it. They thought on their own to color code things and add tabs and do stuff way above and beyond what any other company would do. They’re great people. They’re reliable. Their prices are great. It’s actually a dream come true, especially when you’re wanting to outsource. And, outsourcing is very scary. I’ve had many situations of outsourcing that have not been great and I’m sure if you’ve outsourced you know what I’m talking about. In this particular case, I feel 100% safe – just as safe if I would…maybe even more so… then I would if we did it in house – as far as filling our orders and sending them out on time. We do our best here but that is what they do, day in and day out, so we put everything over to Bret and his team at Speaker Fulfillment Services and I highly recommend that you do the same.
