Speaker Fulfillment Services provides a service for selected clients where we’ll manage the sales tables for the promoter at their event.
At a typical conference, a promoter will have a variety of speakers who will each offer “continuing education” services or products at the conclusion of their talk. These can be packages ranging from several hundred to several thousand dollars in price.
All the speakers are required to have their sales processed through the promoter or promoter’s representative – Speaker Fulfillment Services.
We provide all the staff to handle the sales. But, more importantly, we provide the merchant account with the capacity to process several hundreds of thousands of dollars within a short period of time. We collect all the monies, we communicate order information to all the speakers and we pay the speakers and promoters upon the conclusion of the event. For providing the services and the merchant account we take a percentage of the promoter’s split of the monies collected.
If the promoter already hjas a properly classified merchant account with the capacity to handle large dolalr volumes, we can still provide the staff and other services – we’ll just negotiate a different deal with the promoter.
