How Long Does it Take to Set Up an Account and be Ready to Ship?

Speaker Fulfillment Services has very little initial paperwork to start an account. If you’re a duplication and/or fulfillment client (that means you’re providing all products to be shipped on your behalf), then we require a New Client Application be completed and returned. You can find this by visiting our main site at SpeakerFulfillmentServices.com and clicking on the “Getting Started” tab.

The second part of your question is “How long until orders can be ready to ship?”  The answer truly depends on if it’s a product that you’re providing to us or if it’s something we’re producing for you. If you’re providing the product, orders can typically be shipping within a couple business days of us receiving the product at our facility.

If it’s an item that we produce for you then the process takes a bit longer. Let me explain – we first need to receive all of your files in specific formats that meet our rigorous quality control standards. Once we have every file verified, that is print/duplication ready, we will create a mock-up of your project and ship it to you. You will receive your project exactly as any of your customers would, therefore it is very important that you review it thoroughly…from the outside of the box, to the packaging contents, to the final product.

Once we receive the green light from you (our final step in our quality control process), then we are ready to go into production for you and provide your customers with the high quality product they expect. Total time is going to be around 3 weeks from receipt of initial files, doing the mock-up, and then doing the regular production run.
