I have been working with Speaker Fulfillment Services since around 2009 and I can’t tell you how much time, energy and money they have saved me over the years… and they are fun to do business with.

I first discovered SFS when I was looking for a way to create and ship our financial education game called The Money Game so that we didn’t have to continue to do it at the office. Actually, in exasperation, my employee asked the best question ever. She asked, “Isn’t there a company that can do this so we don’t have to?”

We started looking into it and found Speaker Fulfillment Services. SFS is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. They take great pride in helping their customers and I always feel like I really matter. It’s the best feeling ever to call Hickori, my rep, or send her an email and know that she responds quickly and always has a great solution or answer to my question.

The services they provide include more than creating and shipping product for me. They inventory my books, give me shipping quotes, ship stuff out quickly and, even today, they shipped an extra DVD out to a customer for free because she couldn’t download the content online. I was blown away by this gift. They never cease to amaze me at how awesome a company they are.

Let’s just say if I could give them 5 stars, I would!!!

As someone who has been selling products
online since 2006, I figured that customer
service issues were just part of the game.

Defective DVD’s, delayed shipping and handling,
you name it, and I’ve dealt with it.

When I met Bret from SFS, I was immediately
skeptical because my previous fulfillment
company had left a lot to be desired. However,
two months in and I can tell you this much – I
haven’t had one return for a faulty product,
everything ships the next day, and our
customer support issues have been cut by 50-75%.
