Billing FAQs – Client infofillment http://client.infofillment.com Customer Support Site for Speaker Fulfillment Services Tue, 17 Nov 2015 14:46:18 +0000 en-US hourly 1 What Happens if I Fall Behind on My Payments? http://client.infofillment.com/what-happens-if-i-fall-behind-on-my-payments/ Fri, 03 Apr 2009 13:56:43 +0000 http://client.infofillment.com/?p=345

Since Speaker Fulfillment Services has to prepay for all the labor and materials that go into producing your product, payment of invoices are due upon receipt.</br>

If you fall behind on your payments here is what will happen.

On day 15 after an invoice is sent that is still unpaid you will receive a reminder/invoice from our Accounting Department.  You’ll be made aware of possible finance charges if the invoice isn’t brought current.

On day 22 after an original invoice has been sent you’ll receive a second reminder from our Accounting Department and be alerted to the possible suspension of production services.

If an invoice remains unpaid after 30 days finance charges will be applied at the rate of 1-1/2% per month.  If finance charges are applied you will be notified via email.

On day 35 after an invoice remains unpaid all production of your products will be suspended.  Finance charges will continue to accrue and no additional product will be manufactured until payment has been made or payment terms arranged.  We will continue to ship orders out of existing inventory until you run out of product.

At 45 days past due there will be a complete suspension of all services, including shipping, which you’ll be notified of by email and/or snail mail.

Once your account is brought back into good standing production and shipping will resume.  You may be required to prepay for production jobs if you are continually falling behind on your payments.

We want to work with you and understand that, sometimes, things get in the way that create payment issues.  If that happens, please give us a call – we’ll work with you.  But we cannot routinely be your bank.  Our suppliers expect to be paid promptly and our payroll doesn’t stop because a client hasn’t paid for work done on their behalf.

Can You Ship in Bulk to Events for Me? http://client.infofillment.com/can-you-ship-in-bulk-to-events-for-me/ Thu, 02 Apr 2009 15:20:08 +0000 http://client.infofillment.com/?p=334

Sure.  If you’re speaking at an event and you want physical product on hand to sell then simply let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to have the product on hand for you at the event.

We’ll need to know the following information:

  • What product(s) do you want shipped?
  • What quantity of each?
  • What are the dates of the event (we’ll want to ship far enough in advance to minimize your shipping costs)
  • Where do the products need shipped (hotel name and address and the date you expect to arrive)
  • Do you want the products in individual shipping boxes to hand to purchasers (like they would be for normal shipments via UPS) or packaged in bulk to reduce the shipping costs as much as possible)?

Upon completion of the event simply package things back up in as few boxes as possible.  Then give your Client Care Rep a call and let them know how many boxes you need to have picked up.  We’ll make the arrangements to have the boxes picked up from the hotel and returned to us here at Speaker Fulfillment Services.

How Am I Billed? http://client.infofillment.com/how-am-i-billed/ Fri, 20 Mar 2009 18:48:29 +0000 http://client.infofillment.com/?p=190

There are two primary components to our services – Duplication and Fulfillment.  Duplication is when we manufacture a product for you and fulfillment is when we ship that product out the door for you.

The weekly invoice you receive from Speaker Fulfillment Services will include any production jobs done for you since your previous invoice, including any repackaging or rework done on products.

It will also include your fulfillment charges and shipping costs incurred on your behalf during the previous calendar week.  Invoice are due upon receipt.

Please keep in mind that if you are utilizing other services of ours such as Red Oak Cart or Disc Delivered those are billed separately.

The same product can be sold through more than one company.  Each company has to be set up in our system separately for billing purposes and each company must maintain its’ own separate inventory.  We cannot swap inventory back and forth between two separate companies.

If you need to set up a new company with us complete our New Client Application and return it to us via email or fax it to us at 812-877-7115.

How Do I Cancel a Shipment and What are The Associated Costs? http://client.infofillment.com/how-do-i-cancel-a-shipment-and-what-are-the-associated-costs/ Tue, 17 Mar 2009 18:22:29 +0000 http://client.infofillment.com/?p=86

Here’s how the cancellation of a shipment process works: If you need to cancel a shipment please try and notify us by 12:00 (Noon) Eastern Standard Time by emailing us at shipping@sfsmail.com.

If we have already processed the order then the normal fulfillment fee will apply because we’ve already spent the labor to get your product in the outgoing shipment area.  However, because we appreciate the early notice there will be no cancellation fees.

If you notify us after noon we will make every effort to pull the package from the outgoing shipments but cannot guarantee we’ll be able to do so. It can take quite a long time to locate one package from among the hundreds palletized for shipping on a given day.

If you notify us late in the afternoon of a canceled order there may be simply not enough time to locate the package before the shipping carriers arrive for their pick up. We will not charge any cancellation fee, but the normal fulfillment fee will still apply.

If an order has already been shipped, you can either ask your customer to refuse shipment and the carrier will return it to us, or ask us to issue a “stop shipment” or call tag on your shipment. Whatever fee the carrier assesses us for this service (normally around $10.00) will be added to your bill. At the time the product is returned, it will be handled as any other return.
