Can You Handle Returns?

Yes, we can receive and process returns on your behalf. There is a $3.00 charge for each returned item that we receive. You will be notified via email within 1 business day after a product comes back so that you may issue any necessary refund to your customer.

A returned product goes back to our “Returns Room” where it is reworked at a pre-agreed upon price and then placed back into inventory for you. This saves you money via producing an entire new product from scratch. Rework is done as our production work load permits and is not on any set timetable.

Since we are able to reuse many of the components of a return the cost of a reworked product will be less then producing a new unit from scratch, saving you money.

If your customer clearly hasn’t even opened the bubblewrap of a product we will simply repackage it for you and return it to inventory.  A “repackaged” product costs a flat $3 to cover the labor costs and a new clean white box.
